Bill 23-07, CIVIL RIGHTS?

A resident, Lisa G., wrote to the Council: "From what I'm reading, the person with gender identity confusion is being protected by what she or he FEELS he or she is. So, if I'm in a bathroom all by myself late at night, and a man walks in, I am supposed to be okay with this? This is truly unbelievable, and I'm embarrassed that Montgomery County is even spending its time on this piece of nonsense."

2)	The circulator of the petition must not sign or date the petition until after all the petition signers have done so. Any signature dated after the signature of the circulator is invalid.
3)	You MUST have a paper copy of Bill 23-07 with you and available while circulating petitions.
4)	Only Montgomery County Registered Voters may sign. Even one non-Montgomery County signature invalidates the entire page.
5)	Please write legibly and use your full name consistent with your voter’s registration.
